Ok, speaking of objects, I just came from the most horrible website ever. A Realdoll, if you do not know, is an incredibly life like latex love doll. That's right, for 5,000 American dollars, you too can experience what necrophilia is like without the worries of incarceration.
Holy hopping Christ on a crutch, that is creepy. For five thousand dollars, you can fly to Nevada, go to a brothel, and sleep with a real live woman, many times. I don't know the exact pricing, but I am quite sure that what I say is true.

There are guys out there that make their own or purchase their own fleshlight.

I haven't had anyone else complain about that. Scoot doesn't seem to have any problems. which browser are you using? And does it just freeze up or do a complete meltdown?
and Scoot - no offense taken, I've been under a little stress lately, and this unexpected visit is just the final stinky layer on the shitcake of my life lately.
i'm using opera. and it freezes and stops responding. i've done several restarts and tried that way. it'll open in IE but under meta in your sidebar i get a couple errors. not sure if that's what's killing opera or what. just a heads up.
Opera? Are you using 8.5? I haven't really fiddled with Opera, but I have heard good things. I myself use either a two year old build of Mozilla (I really should update) or The latest stable build of Mozilla FireFox.

1. dump opera. firefox is the way to be.
2. the meta isn't really relevant - you're not missing much there.
3. I've thought about putting some stuff on pages. I've got some time tonight, so maybe I'll play around with some looks. I do have two colums to play with, so I hate to leave one blank. But maybe the shoutouts and feed buttons can go somewhere else.
Dammit - I just got the cool plugin to make the feed buttons, too!
Chud - when it freezes up, does it stop at a certain point in the loading of the page - what DOESN'T show up, as far as you can tell?
And both of you need to get yahoo IM instead of lame-o aim, so problems like this can be worked out easily in real time, instead of through Scoot's comments.

i will not dump opera. until firefox comes out with a plug in that will allow me to do true tabbed browsing i will remain opera faithful. and i just don't like the feel of firefox. opera is nice, and tight and well thought out. firefox always seems piecemeal to me. anyhow, it loads everything i could possibly want to see without scrolling. then it locks after about 5 seconds and stops responding. no scrolly, and no closey no tabby.

and yes, i know the meta isn't important, but i noticed in IE that it wouldn't load. but IE is a pIEce of shit and allows script faults to pass by without locking up. anyhow, that was the reason i mentioned it. not that i was missing anything, just that it may be the problem. who knows. not me.
