Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Evelyn Glennie

She has a percussive personality.

So, my sister is watching "Can't Buy Me Love" with Patrick Dempsey and Amanda Peterson. I really like that movie, and it seriously burns my sphincter that Hollywood felt that they needed to remake it in 2003 as "Love Don't Cost a Thing". Moreover, why was it remade as an "urban comedy" or some other PC term that means funny movie starring black people? African Americans have one of the most vibrant and creative subcultures in this country today, and they rip off a Patrick Dempsey movie? What the hell is that?

Ok, discordant thought... Have you ever noticed how stylish Nazi uniforms are? What if the war was nothing more than Hitler trying to prove he could have made it in art school?
