Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Peter Benchley

He had one idea, and he milked the shit out of it.

Shark week is here! Oh, I'm so happy! Mike Rowe kicked off the week long Ichthyological extravaganza with "Dirty Jobs: Jobs that Bite". Oh, it's going to be a happy week.

He milked the shit out of it until he started researching sharks. Now he's been quoted as saying "had I known, I never would have written Jaws"

I watched Dirty Jobs once with K, we laughed the whole time because everything he said sounded like a sexual reference.

Then again, it could have just been that we were horney and full of tequila~
