Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Bob Barr

I voted in the primary for the least damaging candidate. Now I'm going to vote my conscience. I firmly believe that neither major party is in any way concerned with the public interest, other than lying to enough of us convincingly enough to get elected.

Bob Barr has a worse chance than a snowball in August. I will be able to sleep at night.

I start school tonight. Yow.

You really don't like Obama? I think he's kind of magical. Like a unicorn.

Oy. I wish they would all die. Now I'm hearing all this awesome stuff about Palin. I respect McCain, but I don't like him. Obama scares me a bit. Now, if in November Palin looks as good as she does now, I will possibly vote for McCain, since he is older than America, and hopefully will croak in the first year of his term. OTOH - if Palin gets all moody - or pregnant... birng her lots of slurpees, and keep her away from the button.
