Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Norman E. Rosenthal, MD

He pioneered the diagnosis of Seasonal Affective Disorder in the 1980s.

So, I am not feeling so hot. The gloom is a little rough on me, and so I said on Facebook. Apparently I need to eat a great deal of vitamin D and go to a tanning salon. Well... maybe. I think I will stick with the vitamin D   and hope that's enough.

Does anybody else out there feel ill? Sound off in the comments.
