Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Arthur Fonzarelli

Henry Winkler jumped the shark, and now we are boycotting the Shark Club.

So, my girl friend sent an e-mail to the Shark Club, expressing our worry and displeasure over the abysmal condition of the animals in the salt water tanks there. Yeah, it's also a bit out of the way, I mean, it's in Canton, so it's equally distant from me and Kim, but since I always drive to Kim's house before we go any where, it's kind of silly to go to a place that is out of the way, AND depresses us.

Huh... the wings are playing tonight. Rob and Angie have invited us over, to see it on the big screen. Most excellent.

Ah, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and life is good.
