Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Olivia Newton John

So, Kim likes to dress Sadie in matching pants and blouses, right? They are adorable, but my diseased brain sees "uniform", and then tries to match what that uniform ought to be for.

Yesterday, her red and white squared get-up, while perfectly fashionable for a thirteen month old girl, sparked in my head visions of fast food mascots. "Eat at SADIE'S! The best Corn Dogs this side of the Mississippi!"

Yeah. I know. It's ok, I have a doctor's note.

So, this morning, she was in this all pink thing. Ever see "Xanadu"? For some reason, Sadie reminded me of Olivia Newton John in "Xanadu". There really isn't a good reason, either.

Any ways, it was raining Russian Blues and Terriers this morning, and all I had to get home was my economical, stylish, and completely open to the elements scooter.

You would think 40 to 45 mile an hour rain drops to the face would stop stinging after a while.

They don't.

You should have weighed yourself when you got home. Then you could tell people how much you really weigh "soaking wet". I have no issue with your twisted idea of Sadie wearing uniforms every day, but CORN DOGS??
