His flunkies are rehabilitating two houses on my block.
I get to see Kim tomorrow! Yay! Unfortunately, the house that Kim was looking at, which is but nine minutes from my house, is just no good. It is situated between two trailer parks, and requires extensive rehabilitation to restore it to a habitable condition. I will take a look at it on my way to Kim.
Hmm. Maybe Jimmy Carter can fix this place up.

I am still waiting on pics from Angie before I post about it, but yeah. It should be torn down. It was a house and a garage w a breezeway, changed in to a 4 unit dwelling. One is abou the size of my kitchen, and all apts were a step down from where I live now. If they GAVE it to me I might take it, drop 40k and rent it out.
