Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

George Burns

He eventually just didn't give a flying fuck at all.

I am tired of blog 365. I am tired of the world, really. See, I wake up in darkness, work in a place that is lit artificially, go home to run around like a maniac on a moped for an hour and a half for my delivery job, partly to finish quickly and partly to ward off hypothermia, and then I go back to a place that is artificially lit, and work until darkness descends.

I am pretty sure I am getting Seasonal Affective Disorder. I used to be able to spring out of bed. Now, I have to lie to myself in order to do so.

Lately, I have been promising myself hot fudge sundaes. I might have to move on to lying about buying DVD box sets of science fiction shows.

What I really want to do, is just cuddle with Kim for a few hours. I don't ever want to lie to myself about getting to do that, though...

We'll get some quality snuggle time tonight - no trivia! Soon we will just have to make outdoor plans for our weekends. Sledding and such :0)
