So, I started therapeutic talk sessions. The goal for this week is to come up with an example of when things went well with Kim, and an example of when things go less than well.
She also suggested that I continue to exercise to reduce stress. I have now been told by a doctor to play video games. Truly, we live in the future.
I have yet to talk to dad about the tests... I just don't know how to ask him.
