Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Mark Zuckerberg

He is not terrible.

Well, if anyone has been reading this over the past few days, it would have become obvious that I am trying something new. Facebook created a service called "Pages" which allows people to link outside properties, like this blog, to their site. Over a year ago, I created a page for my house, and Kim and I have played with the page on and off.

Well, I decided to do the same thing for this blog, but to actually be serious about it. What does "serious" mean, a hypothetical reader may ask. Well, Facebook requires a minimum of 30 "likes" before all of the tools associated with its page service unlock.

I got my 30th "like" today. I get there with the help of Kim and my friends. It may seem silly, or trite, but I really do appreciate it.

I just hope I can create content that will engage people and motivate myself. One foot in front of the other.

You would probably fare better over at wordpress as far as gaining readers. I'm only here on blogspot because wordpress found my material offensive! lol

There is tools to tranfer one's blog to wordpress. :)
